RCTA Online “Floating” Markets

We are pleased to announce the re-launch & re-brand of RCTA Online “Floating” Markets.

To make things easy, we have created a specific RCTA Online Markets Facebook page. All online markets will be published from here. If you could invite your friends to like this page, it would be really helpful.

19-20 February Online Market

Our first Online Market will be 10am-10pm on Friday 19 February & Saturday 20 February 2021, well in time for Mother’s Day. We have a wide cross-section of our traders taking part in this market. In order to make enough space for everyone, we have split each day into 24 x half hour slots. This will give 24 traders a 30-minute time slot on both market days.

There will also be two “Happy Hour” sessions – one from 3.30pm-4.30pm and the other 8.30pm-10.00pm, when all traders will be offering their wares!

Something for everyone

Of course, when you attend a “regular” Floating Market, you are able to browse the amazing goodies our traders sell. Whilst we can never fully replicate a Floating Market online, this is the next best thing. Keep your eye on the items that are posted over the two days. Who knows, you may find that something special, grab a bargain or even find an item or product you’ve been trying to get for ages.

All Roving Canal Traders are independent businesses, often selling items that you cannot get anywhere else. They all trade from their boats, keeping our canals alive. In these difficult times most are currently unable to sell directly from their boats. So please do visit this online market and support our traders.
