Kaye Angus, Magic Hands Massage
I have just reached a major milestone this year. I got my first Acupuncture licence for Evanthia from South Derbyshire Council. My first onboard Acupuncture treatment was on Sunday evening 11 September 2022 at the end of the Shardlow Inland Port Festival!
This inspection was something I have been working towards for the last 18 months. Involving total refurbishment of the bathroom and rear cabin, making it suitable to pass environmental health clinic standards for patient needling.
I’m hopeful that the next two Local Authorities will be an easier hurdle (Leicestershire and Northamptonshire), as I’ve already passed the first. If you want massage or reflexology, I can do this anywhere. Please get in touch for a PDF brochure showing all available treatments and prices. I’m a qualified Herbalist and I have diplomas in Tui Na Chinese massage and Reflexology.
As soon as Leicestershire give me my license (each LA has its own set of by-laws), I will offer 5-needle Fridays as an introductory offer. This is for people who have always wondered what it’s like to have Acupuncture and priced accordingly at £15, this will run through until the New Year.
I do hatch sales as well. For anyone who doesn’t know, I sell a whole range of health products made onboard mainly from foraged and wild crafted plants such as teas, herbal skin balms and oils. I specialise in skin and respiratory remedies with the help of my bee products, and I still have honey in stock from the bumper of a summer we had.
My website tells you about my business www.littlehouse.garden.
Instagram shows photos of my products and some lovely foraging pics @kayeslittlehouse
And I’m well guilty of not using Facebook much!
